MILWAUKEE, Wis. (AP)-- A man who spent 23 years in prison for a homicide he didn't commit has been exonerated and is now seeking compensation.
agreed to pay $25,000 dollars
The board has also agreed to ask the State Legislature for an additional $90,000 dollars in compensation for Robert Lee Stintson.
