Jack Wheeler, CFR Member, Mitre Corp. Consultant, West Point Legacy, former Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman (economic warfare) who served in the Reagan and both Bush White Houses, was found dumped in a Newark Landfill.

He was picked up from a dumpster in Wilmington Delaware, where his law practice is based.

This is not the type of guy you expect to find in a dumpster. What did he decide not to go along with? What was he about to spill? With his connections, he had to have been in 9/11 up to his eyeballs....
