[quote:Anonymous Coward 1237450:MV8xMzM0MDYwXzIxOTI0NzI2X0I5QzUwQTdF] Basically what happens when your rear ended or hurt.If your older then 40,the insurance people blame it on aging or pre existing conditions.Under this theory. You can rear end most older folks, and not have to worry about getting held accountable, because they love to say the injury is from normal aging. How weird is that?So soft disc injuries are always down played, as part of normal aging.Anyway.With a ruptured ligament, its shows that there was a big load put on the ligament. So,It is now easier to link,my disc issues to that.Trauma induced rather then some age bs. Outside of that.I need to get this shot fixed.because it is hard to find a good position to sleep in.I am seeing a female doctor monday.I hope she is a good doctor.I feel it will be easier to talk to her then a know it all male doctor. I really never ever sued anyone ever for a accident.I did this time because I was really hurt. [/quote]

But the know it all Doctors could not diagnosis this. And it is the main ligament being stretched when your head is flexed forward violently. There not doctors,There robots or pawns of big pharm and the insurance lobby. It was like they did every thing they could do to hide it.By saying the lump was a bone.By denying a cat scan.I had to go to the emergency room, and demand a cat scan. They were thinking I was there for a pain shot lol.I am like no.I have pain meds in my pocket. Then after the cat scan,no call, nothing.I had to go and pick it up myself to look at the image and read the report. The rupture is at C5 level and its is now beginning to calcify. This is entrapping the nerves.Causing more pain.
Now I have diagnosed my cause of pain in my neck outside the two prolapsed discs.Which they were saying maybe ware and tear:O Not when it is accompanied with a ligament rupture Duh.I think I won my case. Why are so many doctors sooooo dumb? Not all,but many???
