Original Message My kids came in from walking the dog earlier and were freaked out by this buzzing noise outside. So i go out and my neighbors house is letting off an electronic buzz/humm sound. That was several hours ago, it is still going on. Should should I call the cops? It's pretty weird... It is a constant hum, no ups and down or anything..
