strange that you say this as I have experience this most of my life.  I think telepathy plays a major role, but this will depend on your own susceptibility I believe and how telepathic you are...Be careful what you think because there are those that will be able to pick up on it in passing and might use it against you leaving you confused,ect.  I too have pondered getting out without killing myself but there are simply too many unknown variables for me to test that one out.  That and I feel that I have some part to play in something that is unknown to me at this moment...Also I believe that this life is precious whether or not i'm getting what I want out of it or not...not too mention it's a bit selfish.  I understand what your going through, more than you know if what your telling me is true.  Like your life is like the "Truman Show" is some way/ in some form...Like I said though-be careful, because entities will feed off of that and mess with your head fueling any delusion you might have of yourself.  If you are sensitive enough you will be able to tell which ones they are

Wow, we really have been experiencing exactly the same thing.  I practice the things you've suggested, but sometimes I just get so tired and overwhelmed, too tired to try to defend myself, if that makes sense.
