You only need a barrister to argue in court you do not need to pay thousands to a lawyer for basic paper works.
And 80% of civil suits never even get into court and not ever argued and are settled out of court in counseling.
You should let the water damage all your stuff because his insurance will be buying you new stuff and paying you for your grief.

Original Message Nothing seems to be working out and it's weighing on my nerves lately.

The problems that are driving me nuts are:

We spent tons of money on reno's on our home last spring because of roof problems, leaking, well the new roof is leaking. I have 8 bowls in my bedroom catching drips. We have a brand new metal roof and insulation. Contractor is saying he can't fix it till spring!!!!! We paid big money for this and I'm listening to drip, drip, drip trying to sleep and my stomach in knots over this!

My job is pissing me off, I work in sales and sell lots but our company got a new transport company and is losing some of the products I sold when delivering and customers are mad at me. Then my company is mad over my sales not being met. Customers are concerned about not getting what they need.

There is so much more but those are the big ones, everyone I'm around lately is bitchy and miserable and I am following suit.

I know this may sound petty but it's stressing me right out!

Life sucks right now.
