Original Message Ole dirty Harry is focusing upon prostitution as the cause of image damage to Nevada as if gambling itself was an enticement to move a business to the state. If Nevada outlawed prostitution, they would be killing their cash tax cow, he would be negating the true deterrent to businesses moving to Nevada, and that is excessive business taxes.
