The Hess in Lemoyne, Pa Jumped its price on regular from $3.09 in the morning to $3.15 in the Afternoon then to $3.19 in the evening... I don't think they got 2 different gas loads in one day...So who do i get to check their books??? Gouging well maybe a little excessive anyway...
