biotechnology corp. says it is, and they can do it.

They claim to be able to produce fuel that runs Jaguars and jet engines by using the same ingredients that make grass grow. Sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide. They claim to be able to make fuels "on demand at unprecedented rates."

Not sure the oil and gas industry would tolerate it, but it's an interesting concept.
