Think about it.
He's not in his right state of mind and totally belligerent.
Yet, he's being held to everything he's saying.
How fair is that?
After he comes down from his mania, he's going to realize what he did. Then he'll fall into deep depression because of it.
I think he should be given some type of medical leave if not that's discrimination.
If he had a heart attack or any other medical condition they wouldn't be holding him to his contract. Why should
be being Bipolar be any different when it falls under a psychological medical condition?
