The KFM Fallout Meter was designed during the days of the Cold War to be built and used by the average junior high school science student (probably the equivalent of a post grad engineering student today, but that's a whole nuther rant altogether).
Anyway, if you have have half a brain, or know someone who does, you can build this thing yourself for cheap.
Or if you want you can follow the links on the page to buy the kit for $75, your choice.
Have fun, and don't eat the yellow snow. It will make you sterile.
