I had seen the cutscene on youtube and to me it looks that the secret message it contained was that kratos was going to kill medusa/athena but she mind controlled him and had him kill himself! Pay attention not to what she say but to what she did, she was moving her hands like a puppeteer like a spider controlling kratos on her web! Then the power from the blade went up to her moon!
