The work is performing Lawn care on foreclosed homes for the banks. It is your own business so you have to take care of the taxes. It is seasonal, but most of the companies will also have winterizations and other types of maintenance jobs throughout the year.

In my area they usually put adds on Craigslist in the labor section.

The company I get my orders through paid 36 for a new yard cut, and 25 for a re-cut. If you are unable to cut the yard, like it was to short, or it was still occupied, you get a trip charge (10 bucks for the company i go through) and if it is over a foot tall you bid it.

Look for them. You can make pretty good money.

Gas and taxes are your responsibility.
