I received a newsletter from Dr. Horowitz today, with a request. (Sorry … I cannot give you a link, as the only link I have is to my e-mail message!) I know this prayer was to begin today at noon, and it is past that time already, but it is never too late to begin!
If everyone prays this prayer many times each day, the results can be phenomenal.

Our dear beloved brother, Dr. Masaru Emoto, is calling for a united world healing prayer for ocean waters that are being polluted by radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan. His request can be seen here on YouTube.
We need a miracle to get us out of this mess … The miracle is facilitated by the third note of the original Solfeggio scale, 528Hz--the central vibration of your loving heart. This is the "MI" or MIracle note of the ancient Solfeggio--the "Key to the House of David." This note in God's creative musical scale opens doors to heaven's kingdom that the Illuminati cannot close. Heart-felt loving intention expressed through faithful prayer IS MIRACULOUS, and broadcasts most powerfully over this 528Hz "clear channel." This is the "Universal LOVE Channel" "phase-locking" your heart to God's heart.

To all people around the world: Please send your prayers of Love and Gratitude to the water at the nuclear plants in Fukushima, Japan!
By the massive earthquakes of magnitude 9 and surreal massive tsunamis, more than 10,000 people are still missing even now. It has been 16 days already since the disaster happened. What makes it worse is that water at the reactors of Fukushima nuclear plants started to leak, and it’s contaminating the ocean, air and water molecule of surrounding areas. Human wisdom has not been able to do much to solve the problem, but we are only trying to cool down the anger of radioactive materials in the reactors by discharging water to them.
Is there really nothing else to do? Think there is. During over twenty year research of Hado measuring and water crystal photographic technology, I have been witnessing that water can turn positive when it receives pure vibration of human prayer no matter how far away it is. Energy formula of Albert Einstein, E=MC2 really means that energy = number of people and the square of people’s consciousness. Now is the time to understand the true meaning. When praying, please say the following phrase:

Please say it aloud or in your mind.
Repeat three times as you put your hands in prayer position.
