I got the info from this thread Thread: Seriously, WTF is this and does anyone have an update? thanks to Twogun30.
Some reply's were that these lights came from an entrance tunnel but I'm not buying that. In the next video at 1:29 in the upper left window you can see a little blue object show up and then the same type of light forms.

I have recorded this type of bright light from the Katla volcano in iceland a few times. There have been claims that it is the gateway to hell. My best guess would be a portal.
