3rd time lucky...
The 1st time i posted this i was told i was wrong,then was seemingly banned (for no reason) and couldnt reply.
2nd time was today approx 30 secs before the 7.4 in japan today,hence my thread went down about 1- pages in 2 min's
Hopefully this time peops get to see it.
The richter scale WAS downgraded in 1985 by 1 full number.
To the guy who stated i was wrong and asked what my source was,it was John Moore (thelibertyman.com) i heard him speaking with Lucas on the john moore show and stating that it had been changed in 1985.
However,i thought i would ask him (J.M) personally so emailed him.
Hi there John,was wondering if you could put me strait please.I am sure i heard on one of your shows,u saying the richter scale had been changed by 1 full number in 87.Is this correct?

Yes, the Richter Scale was down-graded by one full number value in 1985.
