I've tracked X-37B all day and nailed its orbital position several times between 04:00 am UTC and 16:40 pm UTC and matched the flight history with the last updated chart of EQ's sequences on Asia, within this period:

All EQs today, in the east coast of Honshu, are fully synchronized with X-37B path correction interval.

If my map is too much confused, there it's:

I've missed these 3 but I really doubt they are any different:

4.5 2011/04/13 09:06:19 NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU

I'm 99% convinced that this drone-shuttle is triggering regular EQs in Japan.
