The bastards are intentionally delaying stopping the spewing of radioactive death out of Fukushima. When the disaster occurred, all the assistance-agencies stopped helping Tokyo Electric. TEPCO is entirely unable to deal with the disaster alone -- but still now a month later, no real help. Still spewing 50,000 Trillion Bequerels of radiation all over the Northern Hemisphere...
The entire earth seems unable to muster a team to stop this.
