Mercury--are you feeling better? I get the sense stress may be making you worse--only advice I can offer is to go outside (somewhere as nice as possible) and touch the earth--walk barefoot, (on the grass), and spend some time away from technology every day.

Yes, thank you, I am. Slowly. I do some Qigong - and if it is not too cold I do it in the garden. Barefoot is definitely more like I am in touch with Earth and Sky. What you say here reminds me of Jonathan a.k.a. Adampants, a guy that put out a lot of good info a few years ago (I think he is not in the ranks of the living any more).
