Let's not forget about where this hormones are be made and developed. Right here in the good old U.S. of A! Take away this right from them sex changing prisoners is like taking jobs away from Americans and that's unamerican. Lets not forget the doctors and nurses who are providing the medical services for these poor confused prisoners.
