Brand new light bulbs would burn out, in different locations in the apartment. It's been happening a lot lately, long with the power flicking like the power is going to go out at times, or the power dropping down. Something is going on... Seriously 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, and 2 in the kitchen.
Two of them were fluorescent and the 2 in the kitchen were halogen.
