Original Message I've lived here for almost 2 years, and this really pungent smell comes somewhere from my neighbor's house (it's actually a house with 2 or 3 apartment). It's so strong I can smell it on my front porch, and even in my front hallway. The basement windows have cardboard in front of them. Should I be worried if he's manufacturing drugs or something (does making meth give off strong smells?)? It smells almost like used cat litter, or old urine. Should I report the smell to the cops? I mean, this stuff makes my eyes water sometimes.
