On January 7th, around 10:15 in the morning, an enormous billowing cloud of black smoke erupted from the grounds of the nuclear power complex and headed south down the coastline.
 "An enormous, billowing Cloud, of black Smoke, erupted, headed down the Coastline"! Yellow, pure Yellow Journalism!
I don't think he's making it up.. Many reports of this.
But you can see it in the Video posted by CPloerb, this is exhaust but nothing from the Reactor, they even continue to work in the Videos after and this would not happen in the case of a Accident!
I watched several different vids. There is a lot more smoke than merely exhaust. The intensity of wind laid the smoke down horizontally. On a calm, windless day, there would have been a large cloud of smoke. And there is the matter of perspective. Although the zoomed view and poor video quality helps to minimize the event.. the true size of the area, in close-up, real-view perspective, would have been damning. But we don't get a true perspective from tepco's cams.. That is no accident.. it is deliberate. The remote-controlled cranes were working... but what does that prove..? In the case of honest reporting from tepco, maybe we could believe it was nothing.. But, that isn't the case, is it..?
You find more truth (Technical Aspect Only) on the Tepco-Site than anywhere else! And the Cranes are not really Remote Controlled and observed from a centralized and protected Inner-room! I am not up-to-date about the "Mobile Waster Burning Facility" but i remember that she was responsible many Times for false Alarms!
