Original Message Well it's a good old fashioned 4th of July here, it's a proper THREE DAY WEEKEND like they all should be! I got lots of good stuff to grill up over the next few days: Steaks, Sausages, Burgers! We've got a lot of good salads, fresh veggies, and all types of great stuff!

I remember as a kid my Dad would always take us to the Coast on long summer weekends, we would fish in the surf and catch our crabs... we cooked hot Crab and Shrimp on the beach. There was sand in everything and I always got sunburned... I have a lot of fond memories of those times with my Dad.

Those were good really times!

What are your plans? Are you cooking out at all?

Maybe you're going to do absolutely nothing?
