Is your foreskin still attacked to the tip of your penis with a red string of skin? If yes it means you are still a vigin. If you want to loose it you have to manually cut it with a sterilized scissor.

Even some that have already had sex may still be technically virgin as some vagina's are not tight enough to loosen it. SO technically some men are still virgins until they cut that string!
