Original Message I quit for 7 years, then i picked the bad habit up three years ago, and quit many times in the three years, once as long as six months. seemed like nothing to quit but this time around it's so damn hard.

i wonder if they're putting more addicting agents in these lovely deadly sticks to make it harder to quit. anyone out there that has recently quit smoking?
