[quote:Anonymous Coward 12257174:MV8xNTYzMDIxXzMyODMzMTM3X0MxQ0MwQkNG] Screw organized sports organized by adults - it teaches young people nothing. Your son should be playing pickup games of football, baseball, whatever at the part with friends, without adults screaming at them and directing them from the sidelines. This is how they learn to organize themselves and solve their own differences and get along or not get along, etc. And they're less likely to get a concussion playing football with friends. [/quote]

My 16 year old son has no direction. He won't play football this year, so I take the keys. Is this right? What the heck, he will get out of school at 4 and football would instill some discipline. He won't even work out with me.
I told him that's fine and be his own person, but I know he's on a downhill slide. Teenagers?
