They are giving themselves an out -- they are praising shit about each other NOW!

1. Will raise limit 2.4 T
2. Will cut 1 T in bill
3. Will form a SPECIAL committee which has been discussed and is not a good thing. This committee is responsible for finding 1.4T cuts before the end of the year.

So, everybody gets elected in November and come December if the cut plan is not finalized, then

they says cuts automatically will cut--

1. DEFENSE
2. and MEDICARE!!!
