[quote:citizenperth:MV8xNTgyMjc1XzI2MTQ5Njk2Xzk5NjkyQzU=] [quote:Anonymous Coward 1492196] firstly, hello perth dude, if you mean perth West aust, then im about 400 k's as the crow flies. So i probably have met ya at the OBH, Scarb. So hello, fellow sandgroper. Im not sure that tepco is really all that concerned with OUTSIDE blogs, ya know what I mean? the media blanket ban is well in place. We are only recieving info via tepco/jap gov. when they bloody well let "some" out. Then this "news" is relayed and we read it here and elsewhere.Everything you write about is the same info everyone else is getting too. Then we discuss, and try to break down the lies for the obvious truth hidden within. So, not knocking ya mate, keep doing what your doing. It doesnt seem to matter anymore.I try to keep as informed as I can, but, even if I wait a couple a days before going online to "catch up" it doesnt take long. They will not tell us the truth, they will only tell us what they want everytime. If tepco says "oh we are getting, like, 10sv/h" we allready know, its far more. Just like when they were calculating the amount of contamination released during the first week, and then said "oh, well, this junior bloke we had, made a mistake, by, like, a decimal point.(which changes EVERYTHING) THEN, three or more weeks ago, a jap gov. official said "one decimal point??? try three!!!!" Which REALLY changes everything, when calculating radiation spread etc.The truth we will see for ourselves. eventualy........... Tokyo is now, right now, covered in contamination.Just like a "dirty bomb" 34 million people. How many are going to die from cancer in the next couple of years? how many in the next ten? The rates of mortality are obviously going to soar.We know it, they know it. At the end of the day, the fukushima disaster is so overwhelming, that many scientists around the world, still dont have a clue what to do, not a clue.It truly is unprecendented. Where do they move all of these people to? I remember right from the start they were talking about evacuating northern japan, this was speculation at the time. The first thought is usually the most correct. Taking this phsycological maxim to its word, we will see this happen, at some point in the future. This is to me a garruntee. The situation is so bad that it really doesnt matter about the people living just outside the exclusion zone, they are allready dead. In fact this, to me, is how I see the japanese authorities viewing the whole thing. There is no point evacuating people who are so contaminted that they are going to die anyway. There is no roadmap, no plan, they are just going to continue on waiting for the worst to come, because one way or the other, the worst has got to come, only after the worst, then they can finally begin to take some kind of action. There is no stopping this crazy out of control bus now, they are waiting for the bus to crash. The jap gov. official who resigned in protest, said weeks and weeks ago, "wait till they begin harvesting the rice!, it will be chaos!!" Well, harvest time is now. Keep on blogging dude, keep your eyes on things, dont give up hope, remember, it is GOD who decides, it is JESUS who saves, it is you and me and everybody, this is life, and neither tepco, obama, al qhaeda, global credit crisis, none of these things can touch your soul. Your soul does not have a half-life.We will get through this eventually.
200% man. My ex-partner, who has a PHD in Medicine and Works in Perth at the Post-Graduate Medical Units in one of their Unies, was sent to Japan in March. She E-mailed me to tell me to love my new wife, and run for the hills... or enjoy life as we know it for as long as we can. I can send you a transcript of the E-mail. BTW she, and I where also on the Pandamic committee of WA. I am back in QLD... so I'm loving the green dude... all the best Peace out Citz <Life as we know it.. but only just>
