Can practicing yoga make me more proficient with leaving my physical body?
I'm curious, because to me it seems like when practicing yoga one is also practicing moving one's body with the spirit and not the physical brain. That's been my experience anyway.
So, if I continue focusing on that during yoga, will I become proficient enough to leave my body even when fully awake? Something is telling me it's important for me to have this ability.
