where unknown people tossed guns to teenagers inside the venue to circumvent security,

When an officer is confronted by a person who pulls a gun on him or her, “their training dictates their actions...
Nobody wants to see a 16-year-old die in this community for any reason...this was an extraordinary circumstance.”

The teen was taken to University Hospital, then the morgue...
