Not much call for sledding down here! The only kind I ever did was down-hill anyway! Love it! 103 deg. today. Bring on the snow!!!
And the rain! So tired of this dustbowl of a yard. The poor grass crunches and probably breaks off as soon as you step on it. Have not have much rain here and we are headed into the 100"s Thurs and Fri!
Do you go forever without rain, then when it comes it comes in buckets in a big downpour? Or haven't you even had that? It's supposed to get up around 100 here on Thurs. I love warm weather, but most of the critters hate it. Just me and the donkeys like it. LOL.
We go in spurts. We always seem to be in the line of storms during the spring. Once summer hits, it dies down a bit. And yes, it does come down in buckets once it hits. Just seems like awhile since we have had rain. Does it get really humid where you are? That's what makes it the worst here!
Oh yeah, your spring storms. Ugh. My son chases storms and he's always out your way in the spring. Nasty stuff you get! It's been odd how dry it is, then the big downpours. Don't remember it being like that other than once in a while. Now it seems that "all" we get. It does get humid because of the lakes. It's still nice though if you don't have to move around much or be out in the sun. Doing anything is hard though. Some days, breathing is hard. Like trying to breathe in a fish bowl. LOL.
