Original Message I'm wondering if fenugreek can be taken if I have brest cancer that runs in my family? I know it is a phytoestrogen, but I'm seeing conflicting reports on whether or not it is a herb that can raise breast cancer risk?
I'm only looking to take it for less than 6 months. If it were a concern, would that amount of time be anything to be worried about?
