Cmon now, dont pretend you havent seen this... Where is it! :5a:
give us a link astromut. or stop speculating.
Impatient much? http://www.kyivpost.com/news/russia/detail/111830/ TMA-22 is still on, it's just delayed, hence the gap between crews.
You amaze me how much you go out of your way to help people who are so vehemently rude to you when their opinion differs from yours. That impresses me.
Ya, me too, it's refreshing. All things concidered, Progress failure, crew escape windows via docked soyuz capsule,Dooom outlines. It's at the least suspect, almost troubling.I wounder, are the launch vehicles for the Soyuz and progress the same? it is mentioned earlier in thread there "alike". but are they the same? I ask only to clarify "there" thought's on cancelation of all aspects of ISS access. The ISS being vacant is a big deal. (The robot is only and exterior device. not meant for, "flipping switches" as it were.) Pretty sure the "Ifs" will work out. For NASA, it's all about the schedule/timeline. Quite the oversite. Haveing to Souyuz there for escape/return that expire so close together on the calendar. What woulda happened if the planned Progres went of without a hitch, but the next Soyuz failed? They woulda lost the remaining crew of the ISS as well as the crew of the failed Soyuz. Space X's Dragon is spose to dockfor the first time on Nov.20th. Pretty big eventto not have scheduled a valid time line. I'm not in the know. I do know one of my favorite sayings is "Timing is everything." And the timeing of this kinda stinks. I'm just saying. Original Message
Saw this on FOX news, so no link yet. Basically, they said the ISS would be abandoned beginning on September 16th through October or even November. The main cause is the lack of supplies because of the crash of the supply rocket in Russia.
In light of the Elenin / Nibiru theories for the coming fall, one could easily say, "How convenient?"
Basically, effective Sep 16, there will be no humans in space. I think I'll go celebrate by watching Apollo 18.
