What volcano or island is on the third picture and what might the numbers mean that are before "(love)"?

I know what the first picture is from here [link to en.wikipedia.org] which describes the splitting of realities and how every choice you make will lead to a completely different path and a different result in a blunt way of summing it up.

Why the words history and trains are in italic?

I can understand some of it, but the message is quite ominous...
