Original Message Hey guys, after reading a lot on this forum, and doing my own personal research, I've decided that I want to increase my consciousness and learn to meditate and control my energy.

The problem is where do I start?

There was a thread titled "I will calibrate your consciousness level", and there was a good bit of info on how to raise it inside said thread, but it is now no longer on the forum.

It seems that the base to start off with is to learn how to meditate, and also to change my behavior completely, i.e, to be as selfless as possible. Does anyone have any tips or any spiritual readings they can give me?
