TEHRAN (ISNA)-The Deputy Head of Iran's Armed Forces Joint Chiefs of Staff Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri said the US had masterminded 9/11 attack.

"Numerous documents disclose the US ruling administration and super-capitalism were involved in 9/11 attack," he said in a speech ceremony on the occasion of the event's anniversary, adding, "But the influence of Zionist media has yet hindered trial of criminal heads. Unfortunately, the media do not permit people to be aware of tragic truth behind the scene."
