This concerns me a lot. It concerns me and makes me sad. It must be a horrible way to feel. Thank you for being honest. It's the first step to changing those feelings.

You don't want or need to be a big shot. It's odd how all of us are insignificant in the scheme of things. Insignificant and very important all at the same time. Odd, isn't it? All of us want to be a big shot though, in terms of being wanted, needed, respected. To the world, any one of us may be nothing. But to some person, we may be everything.

Yes, of course. My suggestion is to value yourself enough to do anything in your power to free yourself of self destructive thoughts. If you need help doing it, then you should figure what kind of help and who to get it from.

If you don't think you need help and can rid yourself of them, then do it. If it enters your mind, don't entertain it. Think of something else. Those thoughts can overtake a person Chip. It's so very serious and the most constructive thing you can do right now.

food, water, protection, and enough gas to get 500 miles. put the gas aside. be able to travel with the unused gas inside your car. will give maps as the day gets closer. a safe place for your family and children.

don't want to freak anyone out, do the above as a safty measure. when you feel unsafe, take action, but be able to take action by preparing now.
