Original Message I have all the symptoms of 'obstructive sleep apnea.' Im catching myself all the time, breathing heavy to make up for a lost breath as soon as i begin sleeping.

probably because I'm fat (100 lbs overweight!!).

Now im on a strict diet now and running.

but every night when i sleep i dread it scared sh*tless ill die. they said sleep apnea kills people gives them stroke heart disease. I am only 21. but im worried ill die if i sleep.
