I don't believe any conclusive research has yet been done, but it is thought there might be a connection.
it would kind of make sense, when im out in the sun all day i do feel a "little" bit better, but still wouldnt make sense how i suddenly got my anxiety and depression when before i was constantly out in the sun so i couldnt of been lacking in the first place
Original Message
since i have had anxiety and depression about 6 months ago ive not really been getting out the house, if i do it is only now and then because i have no choice since i work in construction and sometimes the work is outside, so i am obviously not getting anything near the same ammout of sunlight i used to get. i was wondering could this be one of my main reasons for feeling like this ?
