Anyone else in Ohio or other parts of the US been getting slammed with this annoying (although important) emergency broadcast tests that usually happen later at night?
It's been happening all week for me, and I have been watching an HGTV show for the past half hour and already 3 tests have gone off in that half hour....
Usually, these tests only happen once or twice a week at about 3 AM....
I wonder why.
