Original Message OK. I have been reading a lot of threads on the Wall Street Occupation groups (and the possible infiltration or trigger), the discussion on who should be your next President, whether it be Obama or Paul or who ever else, but I failed to see in a lot of posts who will really change what in your government system and in what way that should happen according to the Americans.

My questions to all Americans:

- Do you care at all about the widening gap between rich and poor or not?
- What place do you see for yourself and your family in the US society in a few years?
- Can you mention at least something good that has been done over the past ten years for the American people?
- Why would the candidate you vote for be able to change things for the better and how?
- If you were President, what would you change?
- If the Wall Street Occupation Movement leads to nothing in your view, than what does?

Everything is allowed, so if you want to cuss and swear, that is your responsibility, but try to give a building opinion instead of a pointing finger.

For the record, of course you may, but you don't have to answer all questions and if you want to do that as AC, be my guest. As an outsider, I am merely trying to comprehend why, is that in all these threads I see a lot of bitching back and forth about the deficits of this president or the other candidates.

It seems that most discussion is driven by negativity and I still see little pride of people being American. I myself am positive to the point of being naive (I admit that much!), try to see options to make things better and see the glass always as half full instead of half empty. The USA was to the outside world always the Land of A Thousand Opportunities, where hero stories in sports and achievement where born, but the last decade or so, it seems things have turned to the negative.

And please, you don't have to tell me that we Europeans have no right to talk, because that is not how it is meant. I know very well that Europe is also one of the causes of the same shit we are dealing with globally. These psychological meant questions come with an open and inquiring mind.

I will try to keep track of the discussion (if there is any, lol.) and reply if I can, but I would love this in the first place to be an American discussion.

It would be great if it could get pinned for maximum replies. If not I will bump it up a few times. Thanks!

If this post is too long, I apologize up front.
