Geoengineering & Solar Radiation Management: The 'Climate Change' Solution EXPOSED!

We all know how TPTB invent, fund, and facilitate methods of divisiveness among the citizenry.
They KNOW that the more we argue amongst ourselves, the less attention is focused on the REAL enemy.
One method to this madness, I believe, is the often heated 'chemtrail' debate. 
Not many topics garner as much AC input on GLP, which some long-time members chalk up as 'shillery' at its finest.
I propose a solution to this madness: Let us enter into a debate devoid of conjecture and put the word chemtrail to bed momentarily. 
Let us consider only the facts as they appear before us, free for all to acquire and share.

This ^ quote ^ makes me ask 2 questions. 
1. So how would one go about intentionally changing the Earth's albedo?

Ok, so if sulphate aerosols are harmful to humans, TPTB wouldn't dare think of using them would they? Think again.

2. What is the current average reflectivity of our atmosphere?

TPTB would like to increase the average albedo of the Earth, in an effort to combat climate change, using atmospheric aerosol injection methods.
