Original Message I'm not into slasher films, but if you are, so be it! Amongst my favorite "spooky" movies are The Fog, and the classic Wolfman and Frankenstein movies etc.

I recently met Ron Chaney, Lon Chaney Jr's grandson (and thus Lon Chaney's great grandson) and what a WONDERFUL guy he is! He's lived a pretty regular life, hard working guy, but tours occasionally to speak about his family heritage. I can post a couple of great stories he told me if anyone is interested. Also met Adrienne Barbeau and she was very kind too. We talked about the rigorous filming at the Pt. Reyes lighthouse. As you may know, she was married to John Carpenter at the time of The Fog, they are now divorced.

Currently looking for Curse of the Demon/Night of the Demon (1957) with Dana Andrews. That was pretty cool movie. Apparently Andrews was against SHOWING a "real" demon, but the directors won in the end and threw it in at the last minute!

If you're ready to talk spooky, post your movie recommendations here!
