Notice the hand pointing at 11, perhaps a reference to 2011 and an opening to do what it intends to do or a deadline before 2012? And the 11 being replaced by a rock. could that be a reference to when the coming asteroid hits or passes by earth in November of this year?

It also talks about tape running out at some point????

Now there are many many things happening in our world which this card has predicted as far back as 1995 and as painful and real these challenges are, it all appears as though its a movie to the producers or the gods.

One other thing it mentions of is a utopian city which exists somewhere in virtual reality and also "secrets man was not supposed to know about".

The dilemma the entrenched powers face is that the public has become desensitized to doom like events. The next event much be bigger, bolder, worst than the last.
