Although overall you appear to be something of a dim-bulb...and against my better judgment, let's walk the walk a bit here...shall we? Firstly, you DID grasp the essence of Jesus' wisdom. Again, back to contract law...offer/consideration/performance etc. 3) What do I give and what do I get? 4) Who are the parties to the transaction? 5) How may one or the other terminate the agreement, by, say breach, non-performance or voluntarily? 6) In the event of contract termination, what are the remedies available to the breached party. Now, some basic questions. By what authority do you CLAIM to own the property in question? By what authority BACKS UP this claim? In other words, if some real or artificial person made CLAIM that they, in fact, owned the property...how would that claim be adjudicated? Would YOU accept the results of the arbitration? What would your recourse be if the decision rendered was one you did not agree with? Property ownership is a primitive concept...rooted in history, but not a universal one. Native Americans conceptually lacked understanding of property ownership that Europeans and Americans take for granted. However, if an intruder were to encroach on the space which they occupied at any particular point, they would likely fight to the death, would they not? They would not, however, define the land as theirs, as that was absurd to them on its face. They didn't own the land, but on the land which they chose to occupy, they would fight to the death to defend it. Those Native Americans had a more evolved understanding of property rights than westerners. One does not truly own land, but one DOES control what land one can, while one can. A young man might, in this scenario, stake a claim on a small patch of land somewhere and not allow others to pass. If the young man were able to ENFORCE his claim, he would indeed control that parcel. Does he own it? In a sense it is supposed. He can do with it as he chooses. As an old man, others may challenge his ownership. If he prevails, he continues ownership...if not, ownership/control passes to the other. This example is the sense of ownership in its pure form. Of course, groups of humans may band together and set rules with various and sundry methods of registration and dispute resolution based on the common good.... General questions: 1) By what methodology is the tax applied to assure an impartial apportionment of the tax burden. 2) If property valuation is the operational methodology, why is an objective measure, such as square meter not used instead. 3) How many parcels are defined in the area of the taxing authority. 4) What is the total area of the taxing authority, and of this area, how many are taxable parcels. 5) Of the untaxed parcels and land, list each and every reason why these properties are not taxed. 6) How many properties have received tax exemptions, and what is the lawful basis of exemption? etc etc. Start doing research and start asking questions. It would be fitting if a few of you figured out the property tax fraud, since it is the basis of all the other frauds as well. [/quote] OP, Having read every single page of this thread, I am of the mind that this quoted post is the most telling. It is enlightening to see someone who understands the system. You have outlined some important questions to ask of the agents who profit off of everyone. However, I am curious about something, specifically your mention of remedy/recourse. I believe the system you have made, this 'virtual' prison as it were, was designed so well that the sheep and most people in government are fooled. Indeed, most people in general are. Highly soluble Fluoride salts? Nutritionless food? Mass hypnosis? Whatever your methods are, they have worked so well I wonder what sending such a clarifying document to the tax 'authority' would accomplish? So, to my point, I am skeptical as to whether there is recourse or remedy in practice, as I would not argue its existence in theory. I have accepted the nature of the trust arrangement in place for everyone, corporate fictions/jurisdiction by consent, and so on but never, from any credible source, have I seen an instance of someone exercising some type of remedy as it applies to private pseudo-government agencies, agents, principals, or PEOPLE. The magna charta outlined the 4 exceptions to absolute land ownership and this was near 800 years ago; taxation, expropriation, escheat and eminent domain were the king's rights. However, if I decided I wanted to be king and make new rules, there is nothing stopping me from doing so. Therefore, allodial title is still a grant from some higher authority; that authority has been utilized or shall I say legitimized by kings, pharaohs, soviets, dictators, and presently agencies. It has always been and always will be, as natural law is the only law, a matter of subjugation. This is known to any semi-conscious man. I have seen court cases where judges told the defendant that "common law courts don't exist in this state and haven't for at least 150 years if they ever did at all" [crude quote, TX maybe]. So its confusing trying to figure out what is real, in law and in practice, and what is real in theory only or requires some special information that I do not possess to utilize properly. There is a government maintained website of existing land patents http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/. They still issue them, a quick look at Nevada shows that in Clark County a couple got a land patent, through their family trust, in 2005. Interestingly, seems like fictional entities have been on the rise of owning land free and clear. As you may well know op, lawyers are masters of procedure and not necessarily on law. So I can see that website, hosted by the .gov, know its real, and know LP's are real. However, how exactly would I go about getting one? I will keep looking but the internet is full of detritus, mis/dis-info, and flat out sensationalizing liars. The federal land policy act of 1975 is the governing body for new LP's it seems, interesting to note the increase in exceptions from the older ones. Interesting how many LP's are issued to the state of nevada and various cities. Lol, only the ignorant pay prop taxes. Perhaps you could point me in the correct direction to travel on my journey. I plan on contacting the appropriate person at the BLM, perhaps the "Secretary" or find someone else. Any ideas on who would be best? Also, why do I see no new land patents after 1969 in the county of Los Angeles, but see not one for the entire state of Pennsylvania, and in Nevada they issue new ones? Also, you have given us books on plants, soil, oils, energy, etc but no books/sources for quality information on land patents/allodial title. Do you know of such a work?
