The graphs below show that as electricity consumption goes up, population goes down.

The illuminati have kept the ability to have electricity from 3rd world countries by a whole lot of means including. but not limited to:

* Hiding Tesla technology which would have given free electricity to all of us decades ago.

* Keeping the quantity of steal limited in 3rd world countries by limiting the amount of graphite rods that are used in steal production.

* Now you have the global warming criminals insisting that people in Africa use expensive, useless solar panels instead of cheap coal. See "The Great Great Global Warming Swindle" video.

* Hiding other technologies, including Cenfuel, which makes the burning of coal totally clean.

Third world people have babies to do the jobs that electricity does in developed nations. Plus I imagine there are a whole lot of other reasons.
