Pandora's Box was unlocked during Taft's administration (16th and 17 amendments passed), Wilson only had to lift the lid (create the Fed, preside over ratification of 16th and 17th amendments).

Original Message You may not agree with whom is listed above, but I have tried to avoid listing presidents many think as being considered decent presidents since I can only enter 10 choices. I wanted to allow people to reorder them as they wish, but the poll will only allow for one choice. Feel free to pick several in replies. I am only covering presidents starting with the 28th onward.
