You know what?
These days with birth control etc, the CHOICE to pro-create SHOULD be a combined and informed consual agreement between both parties in an emotional/ sexual relationship...even if it is a one night stand.
So...when I see that any woman who becomes pregnant and then goes down the road of some sort of paternity gravy train, I ask myself all sorts of questions about ..
ENTRAPMENT...
THEFT OF SEMEN without consent..
INAPROPRIATE missuse of another persons property (semen) without consent and so forth.
I believe that women should know their own bodies, its functions and cycles and that this is their responsibility.
I think that these days, men have a right first and foremost to be consulted FIRST when a woman consents and engages herself in sexual relations.
She has a duty of care to explain any limitations that might be active for that moment in time.
And should she NOT gain FULL consent, and when she has ALL the choices that are available to her these days, then I honestly believe that she is the party guilty of disshonesty and therefore the proof of burden should clearly lay at her feet to prove that the pregnancy was an agreed and consentual goal of the bonding.
Otherwise, it was an act of differing motivations, one for a short and (harmless??) pleasure of the flesh.
The other a conived and planned execution of entrapment for her long term financial gain.
A truely bloodthirtsy motive.
And, I can see now just how many people will want to attack me for these views, so bring it on but make sure that your arguments are well founded and logical or otherwise, STFU your comments and attacks will just be your waste of time.
So hate me, but you know that I'm right.
Its called being responsible for your actions.
