Original Message Most tv channels that did broadcast the EAS scrolled text saying there was an EAM for the following counties: District of Columbia.
It said it would last for 18 minutes.
Ill bet something was done in Washington during the 18 minutes of "emergency". Doesnt the president have special powers during a national emergency? Guess we will have to wait and see. Theories anyone?
